1: no more ICQ: okay, i can live wiht that, everyone has my email addy yanno....

2: they blocked all outgoing traffic on port 110 :> (bastards, that's where i had my icq running) so, can't even check my Blehq mail anymore lol
what's next, they'll stop using a network?
arent we a little bitter this morning ?
have a look outside : it's sunny and springlike
hummm, just an idea but they finally understand why they had such a bad reputation all over the country and why the flemish gvt was declared unfriendly recently :
civil servants spend more time playing, chatting and surfing than actually working

lite.icq.com connect to the login.icq.com servers and it's that one that they blocked (major grumf)
oh well...Email...and...i guess the messageboard
ps: they can't steal our gordon we only have...normal beer, wine, champane, ....
I'm working on something that might work

Civil servant weekly schedule :
monday : I think about my last week end
tuesday : I think about wednesday (middle of the week, let's go out earlier)
wednesday : woohoo, middle of the week, let's be lazy
thursday : I think about my last lazy day
friday : I think about my coming week end
where's work here ?

oh god & joy, so competent people here at the helpdesk (they should bloody shoot them all, the damn idiots don't deserve to be payed!!!!)-

actually it seems more like they closed all the ports exept 8080 for the http proxy
but lite.icq.com does require you to authentiqate with the login.icq servers (royally screwed up with time outs on pings etc) icq lite was what i used before
ah, the joys of techies working the servers
next i know they'll close surfing off for good

Lite.icq.com doesn't require authentication to those servers, I can know, cause they did the very same thing over here..
they probably installed M$ Procy, install the client and use that one to connect externally

well i guess they read what would happen if we didn't get our mail back as it's seemingly working again
and our fridges are neatly hidden behind fake walls
The only problem is, that during the weekend, they replaced the fake walls with real ones !!!

Alles zit dicht, enkel de proxy voor internettoegang is nog open.
Combinatie van httptunnel/sockscap32 werkt ook niet en dat gaat (bijna) door alles zolang je maar kunt surfen.
Wat ze juist gedaan hebben weet ik niet, maar tis nie goed (voor ons)
