View Full Version : 'Downtime' msgboard.
First time I have to say that I didn't like the support of our host.
Or maybe it was something I didn't understand.
Anyway, as of yet I still haven't recieved a reply to the old re-opened and the new support ticket I opened nor at the private message I send at the linux admin.
I decided, since things weren't working anyway, to fiddle around a bit with permissions on the cgi scripts and it seems that if I set everything to 777 (hate the idea of it) that it is working. [i hope]
If you should find any other errors, please let me know here so I can look at it asap.

Just found a few more errors ...
You can't access the Forums directly now it seems and register is also not working.

Nope heeft wel degelijk gewerkt, vanavond ga ik daar nekeer naar kijken. Het vreemde is wel dat dat een 'functionaliteit' is die in UBB ingebouwd zit.
Misschien heeft het iets te maken met die wijzigingen die ze gedaan hebben waardoor de msgboard down was.
Vermoedelijk heeft het iets te maken met de forum indexen. Ik ga die laten hercreëren en dan zien we wel.

Het zal iets anders zijn, ik kan u wel zeggen dat het in onderzoek is. Van zodra we een juiste diagnose kunnen stellen hebben zullen we een juiste oplossing zoeken.
Is het zo dat den helpdesk klinkt?

Ge moet er nog bijzeggen dat het onze fout is terwijl da ge goe weet dat het aan uwe kant ligt. Dan is het 100% in orde.

Active topics werken terug, de 'dode' forums zijn opnieuw actief en hopelijk is dit het laatste dat fout loopt anders ga ik bij uwen chef gaan klagen
